Collected from the ancient woodland of Sherwood Forest, home to the legend of Robin Hood. Many of these oaks are over 500 years old and collectively form Europe’s largest collection of ancient oak trees. Robin Hood and his band of merry men were said to use them as shelter as they set about stealing from the rich to give back to the poor.
