Set against the backdrop of the spectacular Burghley House, these oaks adorn one of the UK's most famous country houses. The grounds to the house were designed in the 18th century by the famous English landscape designer Lancelot 'Capability' Brown. His much revered style often made use of large open oak trees to frame the quintessential English landscapes we admire today.
